Great Netbook

Item arrived promptly, well packaged.
Netbook had free security software package, but was provided on a CD, despite the netbook not having a CD drive, which was odd, but free so didn't really affect me.
For new customers, please could you change the title of the email from "Problem with your order" to something less scary over a simple matter of confirming order over the phone? I got into a panic and the operator told me he gets that a lot!

Otherwise a fantastic purchase, will definitely recommend you to friends and family!
