Having previously encountered a problem with saturated packaging, due to two of the cells of the freezer packs bursting, I specifically requested that my last order be despatched without any such 'preservative' and was called back by a female member of your staff who stated that she would ensure that my request was adhered to. But guess what? Bingo! The order arrived, but slightly damaged due to only one of the cells of a freezer pack bursting. Additionally, I do realise that your boxes only come in certain sizes, but because the box the cartons arrived in was (in my view) too large, the cartons were in disarray and would not have coped with the delivery driver trampling on it, as had happened with your previous delivery to me.
Otherwise 10/10 for your product and have recommended it to my grandson, who is in the R.A.F.
