I ordered a bunch of flowers and chocolates for nans 70th birthday to be delivered as a suprise as she lives quite far away and I wasn't able to see her , I decided to order with the courier option for delivery ... So on the morning of the 3rd jan my chosen delivery date I logged on to track to find no tracking number , alarm bells rung as I'd seen the other reviews on here after placing my order .. So using the live chat option spoke to a lady explaining my lack of tracking number and my concern she reassured me that they would be delivered an was infact in transit ... I decided to call the call centre to confirm and was told that they had no information and that they would call me back once they had spoken to courier ... 6 hours later no phone call and no flowers so I tweeted them and was advised to ring yodel as they were the ones delivering I rung them to be informed that no order from iflorist had been placed ! By this time I was so angry and upset so rung the call centre after being cut off 5 times I finally spoke to a young girl who at first fed me the same lies as the lady on live chat it's only when I called her bluff and said that I'd spoke to yodel that she said that my order wouldn't be delivered today and she wasn't sure when it would be with my nan ! I wa in tears at this point and asked for a refund so I could send my nan some more from a reliable company only to e told you can't have a refund unless the recipient refuses The delivery !! So not only did my 70 year old nan not get her flowers she now has to refuse them ! She then said there's nothing she can do !!!
Later that night about 8 I recoeved an email to say my flowers were allocated and would be delivered the 3rd !! Clearly not ! I was then sent a dispatch email and told they would be here today 4/01/13 .. So although fuming I was happy with this , so this morning I logged to to track and no tracking number !!! Again rung yodel .. No such order with them !!!??? Sound familiar ! So I went in live chat to be lied to again and told that it was with yodel for delivery today I then told them that I'd spoke to yodel only for him to reply that I'm not alone and 330 people were missed due to "festive rush " !!!!!! But apparently they were all happy to reshcedule !! Funnily enough my nan can't reschedule her 70th !!! In a rage I phoned customer services and asked for a refund as they had not fulfilled there duty only to be told they couldn't until the delivery was refused !! When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that they are all off to the 7th !!! He assured me that if they arrived dead try would collect them and refund ! What a star !!
So my hubby called them to be told that they will in fact refund me and would confirm right away via email .... I'm still waiting for that !! I've wasted £21.80 and 60mins in total on the phone for my nan to end up with nothing !!!! Shocking company don't use !
