The Worst Company I've Ever Had To Deal With
I was apprehensive purchasing from this company as I didn't know them, but the price for the GPS was the cheapest I could find and paid with PayPal for security. No email confirmation received for the order, ever. Phoned to ensure order had been received and ask when to expect delivery. Reassured all was fine and delivery date provided. This was the first of many, many unkept promises. The item did finally arrive, but by which time I had already purchased it again from a reputable company. No surprise that the refund also took untold chasing. A complete waste of time and money. Utterly unprofessional and exasperating company. Avoid.
