Nice Quick service but badly packed

The parcel arrived quickly and at the time stated but it was packed poorly, one pair of wellies were in a box, this was badly damaged and the second pair were just rattling around in the outer box. The outside box was fine so I don't think it was the carrier, I think it was the poor packing in the warehouse.
