I have ordered many products from Flightstore for over a year now and each time I am impressed by the reliability of their service. I have also phoned them on several occasions and found them polite and informative each time. The same goes for email inquiries.
Delivery times when I first became a customer with Flightstore at the start was as they promised delivered the same day if ordered before 2pm. However, the past few orders I have placed have not, for example the last order I have placed was at Sunday 01:47 (am). It is now 19:41 on Monday and I haven't had an order dispatched email yet. This was the same case with my last order which I placed early Sunday morning, it got dispatched Tuesday late afternoon. This isn't exactly the problem of the century, as the orders so far are dispatched without fail, but just not within the promised time on their website and without any email explaining this, if this time cannot be kept to.
