Originally planned to buy from currys. They estimated 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. AO quoted 3 days, which was very impressive considering I ordered new years eve. They were also the same price. Delivered in the time suggested when I tracked the order. No problems at all. Very happy indeed.
My daughter asked if i could order her a skirt from misguided. After some time a package arrived, with a cardigan!
The item was sent back requesting the correct item be sent. The website says the item was being exchanged, an email in response from so called customer service said a refund was being arranged. I could expect it in 7 days. No refund i emailed to be told it had but been done and i would have the money in 5 days. Nothing........I'm now awaiting a further reply as I'm in the process of taking legal action against this poor excuse for a company.
