I purchased Guild Wars 2 from Digisub back in July, I didn't really give the game the time it deserved initially but with some free time at Christmas decided to give it another go.
Sadly upon installing the game again I was having trouble logging in, checked my account details with Arenanet and they were all good and correct. I logged a support ticket with Arenanet and their reply was quite shocking to me. It would appear that Digisub have sold me product key that was originally obtained from Arenanets site using a stolen credit cards and thus has been permanently disabled.
I emailed Digisub today and also left a message on their facebook page I have had no confirmation and no updates on how they are planning on dealing with essentially selling me stolen goods.
Update............Once initial contact was established a full refund was given with a very quick turn around.
