We ordered a bed from this company online in early december as part of my daughters Christmas present a couple of weeks later we got the delivery date (great it was going to be in time for Christmas) or so we thought. One long thin package arrived marked 2 of 2. The day after we contacted Worldstores to let them know after 45 mins on hold we got through and they had no idea where the rest of the bed was so ordered another one express delivery a day or two later another package arrived it was just the bed head another phone call (long on hold again). We were promised the the foot end frame would be with us the next day and they were instructed to leave the final piece at the side of the house. On our return from work we had a card shoved through the door with a phone number scribbled on it to re arrange delivery but on ringing the number it just kept going to voicemail no one returned our call.
We told worldstores to cancel the order and pick up the two bits of five that they had managed to deliver and refund my money as of yet this has not been done they have had my money for four weeks and all i have had in return is two bits of a bed in the way all over Christmas. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE USELESS. 15 phonecalls and 9 emails and still they can not resolve this matter.
