Fantastic service, with a brilliant product selection and prices
I purchased shelf brackets. I wanted that would take a lot of weight, be attractive yet unobtrusive. The selection on InronmongeryDirect fitted the bill. The product information on the site was excellent and the brackets were ordered on Saturday and delivered on Tuesday. I can't complain at that. The brackets haven't been fitted yet, but were approved by our carpenter and they look even better than they did on the website. I'm very happy with IronmongeryDirect and will definitely be a returning customer. I will also recommend the company to my daughter, who is doing a lot of work on her home at present.

Excellent prices, good value products
The products are excellent value for money, but size variability is a problem that tends to limit what I buy. Shoes and boots are terrific, albeit often a size smaller than in the shops. Bags are rather cheap looking, but then, they are cheap! Also, if you don't preview the items to do on the site for the following day and you're not around to log in at the time they go live, then you're likely to be unlucky, at least in your choice of colour and size. There are very few plus sizes available, anyone over a size 12-14 is out of luck. The few larger sizes that are available are not similar in style to the smaller sizes, but much more matronly.

Ecco have been brilliant every time I've bought from them, 4 times now. Each pair of boots or shoes has fitted perfectly and have been very comfortable. The footwear is extremely well made, far better than those from any other company I have purchased from, even if just as pricey. I would say Ecco shoes are worth paying that little bit extra for; they are made to last and to be a pleasure to wear. The order system is secure, the parcels trackable and delivered within a few days, with no delivery charge. Excellent service, thank you.
