good value but lacking in cust serv

We ordered several bathroom products and received an email saying our order had been splint but no reason why. First part of order arrived promptly but, after several attempts to chase the disabled toilet set, we were told it had been delayed at the manufacturers. Had we been told this originally we would have bought elsewhere as we knew time was tight. the work was due to be completed whilst we were in rented accommodation between 13th Dec and 12th January but we had to delay and ask kitchen to be fitted first. The bathroom is nearly done now but several items are damaged and I called last week to ask what to do. The lady asked for pictures to be emailed and I did this immediately but, despite several additional emails we are still awaiting a reply. Not impressed by this as the bathroom fitter is due to finish Friday and don't really want to pay him to fit damaged items!



Unlike other companies exposed on watchdog this week, Envirofone gave me a quote and stuck to it. Money was in bank in a few days.

After going to leading electrical store and taking time to select an AEG tumble dryer, the salesman then informed us that there were none in stock or at the warehouse! Why display them then?? came home and saw link to Appliances Online on Facebook and typed in the model number. In stock, same price, free delivery AND £40 AEG cashback which the shop did not cover on this model. Happy customer! Plus delivery drivers were charming and offered to remove old one free! Ecstatic!

Quick and great value transaction!

Bought a shower riser as mine broke and needed a quick replacement. Got here in few days and for half the price of the DIY store. Will definately deal again.

Had huge problem with customer service

Tried and tried to comunicate that I needed a specific coolour of the product and was originally assured this would be honoured but then could not get anyone else to understand what I needed. In the end,one member of customer service called me to apologise and put things right at no extra charge but was quite a stressful purchase.
