Bad start, good finish

Ordered my next day delivery on the 1st of jan ,got an email saying it would be delivered on the 4th of jan. Still waiting,had the day off to be here for my delivery,wish i read the reviews.Wanted to be able to give them 5 stars.To be fair they contacted me monday 7th jan to tell me my delivery would arrive on the 10th ,and it did.They also called me today to ask if my delivery came on time,well done for that.I am very happy with the quality of the product.It started out as a nightmare but they did pull out all the stops in the end.Customer service is paramount, i will be watching this company closely.
