great costumes bad delivery
Always use joke.com for fancy dress but my next day delivery took 3 working days to arrive - not impressed and may consider another website in future as no compensation or apology offered

We are very sorry to hear of the difficulties you experienced with your order. Having investigated this, we can see that your order was processed and despatched from our warehouse on 27th December, however the delivery was then delayed by Royal Mail.
Royal Mail are normally extremely reliable for this next day service and a delay is very rare. We are sorry your delivery was in this minority and have now issued a refund to your card in accordance with our delayed delivery compensation policy.
