Was rather disappointed as I ordered two items for my son for Christmas on 3rd December and one arrived mid December. The other item was not with it so I waited for a while and then when it had not arrived contacted Tennisnuts by email. I received a strange email back asking for a photo of the box the item came in and a copy of the invoice. I replied that there was no invoice/delivery note. I wrote a couple more emails as nothing was happening and I had no reply. Eventually after Christmas I received an automated email saying my other item had just been dispatched and it arrived a couple of days later. No apology and no invoice/delivery note.
Products have been ok, but communication with the company not so good.
