Was rather disappointed as I ordered two items for my son for Christmas on 3rd December and one arrived mid December. The other item was not with it so I waited for a while and then when it had not arrived contacted Tennisnuts by email. I received a strange email back asking for a photo of the box the item came in and a copy of the invoice. I replied that there was no invoice/delivery note. I wrote a couple more emails as nothing was happening and I had no reply. Eventually after Christmas I received an automated email saying my other item had just been dispatched and it arrived a couple of days later. No apology and no invoice/delivery note.
Products have been ok, but communication with the company not so good.

We have to hold our hand up on this one...only one of the items was sent out originally. We had no idea that the other item was missing until we were notified by email just before xmas, by which time it was too late to send the item in time for Christmas. The request for the delivery note and photo of box was to establish whether there was a picking error, or package damage or theft during delivery.
We apologise again for the lack of communication, but it was all unfortunate timing during the Christmas break period.
