I ordered a Blu ray player on the 17/11/12 that was out of stock that I was happy to wait for then I checked my account to find that my purchase had been delivered with signature on the 29/12/12 but not to my house..... No card, no email no nothing! So I started sending emails only never to receive a reply then I called and was told I would be contacted within 48 hours (yeah so she says) 4 days later still nothing so I sent another email saying I wanted a refund (oh now they reply) and have now started looking in to my case! I will be paying off my account and closing it and I will never return!! Also they use yodel for their deliveries and they are the worst company by a mile for delivering!! If they changed it would save them a lot of grief
