I moved into my house at end of July, it already had an extensive well known alarm system so I contacted them for a quote to re connect. The salesman came and we agreed a monthly figure and arranged an appointment to connect. I waited in all day and no one turned up or phone call. I phoned the salesman who later came back to me saying the system was out of date and the cost would be 60% more than quoted. I told them to take the system away.They said OK but it would cost £55, this I agreed to reluctantly and they arranged another appointment, but would you believe it they did not turn up or phone once more, the salesman again said there was more to the work involved and quoted a ridiculous figure to remove system. I told him to get lost.
I searched for another alarm Company and found Yale, a name I would not have gone for but the product seemed to do what i wanted so I rang them. Refreshingly the staff were friendly and helpful, I upgraded to the model that suited me. A quick time was set to install and the installer turned up on time, was very efficient and even told me to fit a couple of extra sensors.
The system was quickly fitted, looks good and does the job at a fraction of the cost the original system would have cost. I would have no hesitation in recommending Yale as an outstanding alarm system Company.
