Outstanding service as promised.

When I ordered the alarm I was given an appointment and the engineer attended on time. He explained the system fully and checked the premises and fitted the alarm and sesors in the best position. I have had no problems with the system. The one worry I had was my cat setting off the alarm, but as I had pet sensors fitted this turned out to be not a problem at all.

I had a most welcome follow up call tocheck I was happy with the service. She also gave me the 24/7 emergency number to call if there was aproblem in the future.
