The worst delivery business I have ever experienced.

Arranged for three different collection dates to return an item to Amazon. Still no one has bothered to collect. Amazon should be ashamed to use this cowboy outfit. Have had no problems with UPS or Fed Ex over the holiday period. So their lame excuse that it is during the holidays is unacceptable. It is really poor management. Will now contact Amazon to try to arrange a different collection service. Shame on you Amazon to use this appalling business. If you have a choice, DON'T use YODEL. You will regret it.
