Swapping product was no problem

I ordered a size 11 welly for my husband for Christmas, in early November. When he tried them on they were too tight across the foot so I went back to the website to see if I could change them in spite of the extended time period. Fortunately they had appreciated that this would happen and had allowed for it, so I swapped very easily. Also the ability to change delivery time via text and a delivery window of one hour were very helpful.
