Blooming Awful

The delivery provider never recieved my order. They received confirmation that it had been sent but it never arrived. This issue was compounded by the fact that everytime I phoned the delivery provider I had to wait on hold for around 45 minutes of got told that they were recieving too many calls to accept any more! The final straw was when I found a number to call Fun4Kids which, when rung, I was informed that they only accept internet queries!! The end result was that it took so long to get this resolved that I missed the occasion the order was needed for and I had to look elsewhere at the last minute. I will never use this company again.
