Bang on. Accurate tracking + helpful driver

I ordered a 27" monitor from Amazon, originally shipped by Citylink. They lost it after giving it to a 'neighbour in a bungalow' and having the driver sign in my name, but that's another story.

With DPD, the monitor was shipped out, I woke up in the morning and the tracking was updated to a 1-hour delivery appointment along with the delivery drivers name. Driver arrived 5 minutes into the delivery slot and was very cheerful. Joked that on his device he was instructed to post a 27" monitor through the postbox!

Nothing at all to fault them.
