Bought four crystal glasses online and unfortunately one arrived broken. The problem seemed to be with the way that the manufacturer had packed the glasses in their box, rather than with Havens' packaging which was excellent. I called Havens and they were extremely helpful and apologetic and posted out a replacement which amazingly arrived the following day. It was a pleasure to do business with a company that actually demonstrated genuine customer service and I would definitely recommend Havens and will use them again in the future.
