Value for money with a bonus free delivery

I was skeptical about buying on line but thought i'd give it a try. i clled up and found it was true that delivery was free which was an important factor. it was good that the rug was competitively priced so the feeling i got was well it appears worth the risk to order something online that i haven't inspected for mysself. delivery was quicker than expected - good - and when i opened it i was a fraction disappointed with the thickness/ quality of the rug but then thought that for the price, it was ok. added to the fact that delivery was free, when i put it on the floor it looked just fine. i am very happy with this rug and the service provided. many many thanks :-)
