I ordered flowers on 19th dec. Delivery date should of been 21dec..no flowers received until 21dec when they arrived were half dead. They were all dead within 2 days.
After emailing 4 times and trying online chat for days i eventually got hold of one of the employees [name] who took her time replying to my questions as i was after a full refund and NOT vouchers. The online chat went on for 35mins and she took about 5 minutes to reply to each of my posts until 530pm when she ended the online chat and went home!!!
To the directors of iflorist i want my full refund on the credit card else trading standards will be hearing from you.
