I ordered a present for a 6 year old from the Disney Store. Got an email late last night saying the order was on the way with a tracking number. Stayed in all day to wait and kept an eye on the tracking details at 17.52 it said delivered, no parcel had arrived with me. I rang straight away and after 20 mins on hold I spoke to somebody who said you have come through to the wrong line and put be back on hold for a further 15 mins. I then spoke to somebody who went off to speak to a supervisor who assured me that there had been a mis scan and my parcel would be there by 9pm if not ring back. At 9pm on the dot I got back on the phone to find the lines closed! I am now fuming. I will be on the phone first thing in the morning and have logged a complaint with Disney Store. Apart from being angry at the inability of this company to fulfill its main function the companies that pay them need to stop using them so if they get complaints too perhaps that will help. I too like others on here would like in future to know who the delivery company is before paying for delivery. I would not want to use this company again.
