These guys are great! My initial email enquiries were answered within minutes of me sending them and the replies were always helpful (which is more than I can say for many of the bigger music equipment websites). They agreed to hold a guitar for me for up to a month with a 10% deposit and, upon paying the balance, sent the item out as soon as they possibly could with a reliable courier. Staff were very helpful and polite and I couldn't be happier with the guitar. Highly recommended.
