Terrible, dire, horrible !!

Virgin Media have the absolute worst customer service in the whole world !!! If you ever manage to get through to them by bypassing every tactic to stop you from contacting them then you will be faced with the most disinterested individual who will pass your call to another dis-empowered individual who will promise you the world but you may aswell just dip your available organs into a vat of molten iron as this will probably provide you with a more positive outcome than awaiting any kind of response from these idiots !! Virgin Media = worst conceivable customer service !!


Couldn't be happier !

Ordered a phone deal on a Saturday evening and got my phone delivered to my local store at 1105hrs on the next working day; I arrived at the store (Stafford Queens Retail Park) and was greeted immediately by a very helpful employee who gave me helpful advice and I had my phone up and working immediately. Thank you ! Excellent service and a seamless pleasant transaction, I will definitely return !!


Awful !

Customer Service? This exists of a complicated multi choice automated phone service which all avenues end nowhere. Every day they promise me my new phone which "is in the warehouse and definitely being dispatched today" and every day I wait but no phone. I'm beginning to think they don't actually have any phones ! Awful ! Where is my phone dialaphone???????


Extremely poor quality lenses and frames

I bought the most expensive frames / lense combination and the lenses are extremely poor quality pentax lenses which mist and fog all the time. The frames are even worse, constantly becoming loose and requiring tightening. The overall quality is so sub-standard that after one month I threw them away and bought a decent pair of glasses from an independent optometrist. AVOID CHEAP POOR SUB-STANDARD QUALITY !!!

Hi Rob, it sounds like you may have chosen to have an anti-reflection coating on your lenses (similar to a camera lens). This makes the lens clearer to see through but smudges and finger prints show up more readily. If you'd like to e-mail us on with all the details we can certainly take a look into it for you.

Overclockers UK

No problems in about 13 years !

I've been shopping with Overclockers UK since about 1999 and have ordered via post and in person. Can't even imagine how many orders I've made over the years, customer service is great. Personally I am glad that OCUK handle RMA issues, otherwise if you buy from elsewhere you could find yourself paying the postage to RMA components to anywhere in Europe (Corsair for example have their RMA base in the Netherlands). I guess there are always going to be people who just cannot be pleased ! I would highly recommend OCUK so thanks guys for the great service !
