We were ordering 1000 greeting cards for business purposes. I received a preliminary price quote from the website and when I went back the next day to finalize the order, the price had increased significantly. I called Moo and they explained to me that there had been a sale which ended the day before. I was immediately connected to a supervisor, who understood my issue and, without argument, provided me with a code that not only matched but exceeded the previous day's discount.
The cards were shipped quickly and adequately boxed to protect the cardstock. However, the image we had uploaded did not look the way we thought it would in print. I entered a customer service request on the website and was contacted by Angela at Moo within hours. She offered me the choice of a free reprint or a refund. Due to timing issues we requested a refund. She immediately provided me with a printable pre-paid shipping label and promised a full refund as soon as Moo received the cards.
It is so rare to receive this level of service. It is awesome that Moo provides their employees with the tools to solve problems and make customers happy, without making them jump through a bunch of hoops and speak to 3 or 4 escalating levels of authority. I was totally amazed. Consider me a fan!
