Ordering online was easy .. I was told I needed to fax my perscription which i did. I then recieved an email saying my order would be dispatched in 24 hours but nearly 2 weeks went by when i realised i had not recieved it .. when i contacted you i was told i needed to send in the perscription before dispatch .. it was all too much aggro .. courier of order helped but there are loads of companies out there doing this and you only have one chance to make a first impression and this was not good.
