Poor shipping..Or more accurately, poor handling

They say 95% of orders are received in 1-5 days....Think again....I placed an order on Tuesday afternoon and on Friday evening, it still hadn't shipped. I find this odd because this company charges a premium price for shipping. A very nice woman at customer service apologized and stated they are understaffed. I was told it MAY ship on Monday. I guess I'm in the 5%..... Prices are great and website is awesome. But if you want your stuff in any kind of hurry, consider paying a few bucks more elsewhere, get free or reasonably priced shipping, and get your stuff much quicker.
