DPD UK

No delivery, no calling card, unable to arrange a re-delivery!

I was waiting whole day to get this parcel. I got 3 parcel delivered and a mail delivered at different time to me. No one came from DPD and no calling card was received. However, I received email saying
“DPD Couriers attempted to deliver your order today but unfortunately no one was able to accept it. A calling card should have been left with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery.If you have not received a calling card from DPD, please contact them direct on 08445 560 560 and quote tracking number”
I tried but could not change or upgrade online without calling card number. Can you be able to deliver it by this Saturday?

Thanks for the review. I see that the parcel was delivered at 08:52 on Saturday and signed for by you. Was everything okay?
