Perfect service, wonderful company!

Last week my 18 month old Samsung Galaxy SII accidentally came to a watery end, luckily I had decided to purchase an insurance policy when I bought the phone, so immediately contacted SquareTrade.

I was put through to a very helpful and friendly advisor at a call centre in the UK who walked me through the process of claiming and explained that another company would be contacting me with regards to sending my handset back for repair. I received the email from this company the next day and packaged the phone up and posted it off.

Just 6 days after posting them the phone I received an email explaining that my handset could not be cost-effectively repaired, and so I would be receiving an Amazon gift certificate for the purchase price of £474.99 within the next few days (I had been given the option of receiving a cheque or amazon gift certificate when I called to make the claim)

The very next day I get an email from Amazon as promised with a gift certificate for £499.99! A total of just 8 days from the claim, to receiving a very generous refund, which I can now use to purchase the latest and greatest shiny new phone. Unbeatable service, thank you SquareTrade!
