I have used directferries.co.uk for quite a few years now and have never had any problems with the bookings or the journeys themselves.
The very slight quibble is that you have to input the car details any time you make a change; can you not input the vehicle into your account details?
As I say, very slight.
I would recommend this service as being quick and efficient.
