Talk to a Brick Wall and get more sence

Shed delivered without promised phone call and dumped in front of garage doors so access to garage impossible. No roofing felt so had to purchase from my roofing supplier at a cost of £75.60.
The pre-fitted locks were not and are not fit for purpose.

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive a phone call prior to delivery, we have put forward a complaint on your behalf to the delivery team. In the event that parts are missing or damaged we are able to send replacements out to you within five working days if notified, as you have already purchased the felt locally please send a scanned copy of the receipt to service@waltons.co.uk and we will be able to refund you the maximum spend amount for the missing parts.
