quick service, but not happy

you would be better to go to wightlink direct as the charges for changes would be considerably less, 25 quid to make simple changes is to me very excessive, however thats how they make their money isn't it, what i thought was a good price of 88.02 pound for the return journey seemed very good at the time, ok it was economy but it turned out that it was booked outward and inward journeys wrong way around, so had to make the change, for some strange reason it cost another 50 quid, 25 for tickets to wightlink as if it cost more for fuel or something, and 25 quid to aferry for admin costs, so all in all ended up costing more than a standard ticket direct from wightlink, so in future i will go direct.. ps. i note no reply from aferry.
