Initial dealings with advisor were good and communication was faultless up to submission of my paperwork..
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the submission deadline for my paperwork was missed by 1 day and a revised (reduced) annuity was made on my behalf without further consultation, it was also difficult to get an answer to my calls at this point. As it turned out, the rate was still acceptable but I would have expected at least a call or email to advise me what the revised rate was.
On the plus side the paperwork was straightforward and very little effort was required on my part.
