Very very bad service. No reply to emails and item was not received

I bought my item on 16th of december and at the time of order the item was shown as in stock. Two days later i got an email says that my item was not in stock and that it will be available on 28th of december.

I called the customer service many times and finally they told me that the item will be available on 28th.

Today is 5th of jan and i still dont have the item. I sent an email last week but got no reply.
