Sent glasses back for nose pad repair after wearing only 3 times. Received email stating glasses were in the lab having lenses fitted. Having questioned this via reply email, was reassured they were having nose pad fixed. Took approx 1 week in total from sending to receiving repaired glasses which was OK as I have other pairs to wear in the interim.
