In 2012 I had to amend our main holiday when our daughter's son, Arthur, decided to arrive on June 9th instead of 20th September. Life understandably became very fraught but when I phoned AFerry I was met with calm sensible people who couldn't have been more helpful. Everything has been sorted with an amendment to 2013 I couldn't have been more impressed. There are many companies similar to AFerry but I honestly don't think they can be bettered on customer care. I will certainly always have them in the mix when I look for a channel crosssing.
