Pathetic, p***poor excuse for a delivery company

The only company worse than this shower is that Yodel lot.

Saturday delivery. This means we sit all day Saturday twiddling thumbs at home. I did receive a text stating that they would deliver between 12:51 to 13:51 but I know how reliable that is so we stayed at home keeping an eye on the front door. The designated time came and went with no delivery. What a surprise that was. Then, about a half-hour later I receive an email stating that the delivery would be rescheduled for another day because there was no-one at the address to sign for the delivery. Again, not exactly a surprise. Of course you want to call and complain there is no one available to speak to. Surprised yet? I sure wasn't.

I have three words of advice when you find anything you bought will be delivered by this useless lot. Avoid, avoid, avoid. The only reason they get one star is because you cannot give them less than one star. Absolutely useless.

I'm really sorry to hear that delivery did not take place on Saturday. According to our tracking system, the driver was unable to gain entry to the address due to the presence of a gate. I hope that you were not too inconvenienced by this delay.
