Did not provide the vehicle we we reserved.
After looking over the various selections, we chose a volve V60. When we arrived, they gave us a Jeep compass. While this would be a great vehicle for the desrtest of the US southwest, its a horrible car for europe. They told us tthey did not have a v60 available. After we were processed,, we went to the lot, where a volve V60 was parked right next to our vehicle :-(
