The delivery driver that brings parcels here is just excellent, very friendly and helpful. However, I very much object being sent email (or text message) with details about my pending delivery with a DONOTREPLY function. WHY? How am I going to tell you I will be out today? Whats the point in you sending me such information if I'm unable to reply to you. Communication is a two-way thing, until delivery companies accept this I fear that their service will just go from bad to worse. I've just completed an online survey moving pointers to good, fair, bad etc but nowhere on that survey does it give the opportunity to vent this DONOTREPLY problem. Its an extremely rude way to conduct business in my opinion, the equivalent of speaking to someone and as they begin to reply to you, putting your hand up and covering your ears. PLEASE stop it now.
