I ordered a jacket for my daughter for Christmas. It arrived in 2 days! I then thought she would like a different style and color better. NO PROBLEM returning the original jacket. Meike Meding reserved the jacket I wanted reshipped. It also arrived in 2 days. The entire experience I had with Muubaa and especially Meike Meding was exceptional! She got back to me immediately with every question I had concerning another jacket and reshipping the new one. I will definitely do business with Muubaa again. Exceptional customer service!!
