Discount Vouchers

Wish I could score minus one!

I have been emailing and requesting online support for the last 3 weeks as they didn't include the voucher code for an offer that I have paid for.
No response, telephone goes to voice mail, which again they don't reply to and my deal is due to expire.
Will never use them again and will stick to Groupon who I've never had any problems with.
Also very suspect about positive reviews below that were all very timely after a negative review was posted... Hmmmmm

Avoid if you want your goods

I ordered several items from BonPrix on 26 Dec. Their site claims delivery within 6 CALENDAR days which would have meant delivery was due on 1st Jan. Add an extra couple of days to this for the holidays, at the very least I expected my large order to be delivered by today.
BonPrix and Hermes online info says this...

Bon Prix is pleased to inform you that your order left our warehouse on 02/01/13. You will be delivered by HERMES within 72 hours. Should you wish to follow-up the delivery, just click on the corresponding parcel

Called BonPrix who said my parcel has probably been lost, so unlikely to be delivered. They can't contact Hermes as they are closed and I need to call back on Monday to arrange cancellation and refund.

So annoyed as I am going away next week and now will not have 200 pounds worth of items to take and have wasted time trying to ensure I'd be home if the delivery came early.

My first experience with both companies and my LAST!
Do your research before using either company unless you're happy to not receive orders based on a 4th rate service.
