I placed an order with this company on line on the 7th of january with a promised delivery of between 3 to 5 days, this was confirmed as being between the 11th & 15th of january, no one attemted to contact me regarding delivery so on the 14th i sent an email requesting a tracking number to enable me to find out when and where my goods were, the reply i got was the same as many others have received, ie sorry your not satisfied etc the goods you have ordered are not available we can offer you a refund, this i asked for and the reply was it would be refunded in 3 to 5 days, this email was followed by another 5 mins later stating that a refund would be 8 to 10 days, i replied asking for clarification and since then have had no response from customer services and i am unable to get any further contact or response, i can honestly say that i have never had such shoddy service and treatment in trying to acheive what should have been a straight forward online transaction, i certainly would advise prospective customers to avoid the problems i have had and pay a few pounds more with a reliable company. 04/02/2013 still no refund of monies taken from my account almost £190-00 have sent countless number of emails and had no response whatsoever from WAE+ I am sure that i am not alone in trying to obtain a refund this treatment of customers is absolutely disgraceful, I would strongly advise any potential customers to be very wary in placing an order as you are more than likely to receive the same treatment as myself and many other consumers.

Yet another bad online experience with this company i have tried several times to place an order and have been redirected to Amazon with a different price to the one advertised by TAZ STORE, my advice to anyone attemting to purchase is DONT DO IT
