Slow shipping

I place an order at 28/12/12 and i am still waiting maybe the holidays

Thank you for taking the time to write a review even though you have not received the package yet.

We are very sorry for the delay you have been experiencing. I have looked into the trackinghistory and it unfortunately had to do with the days of Newyears and the weekend.

Your order has been shipped on the 28th of December, unfortunately your package has been in Germany from the 28th of December till the 2nd of January. On the 3rd it was shipped out to Milan. At the moment your package is planned for delivery to you tomorrow, on the 8th of January. I hope this will resolve the matter and once again I apologize for the delay.
