Why didn't I just go to the store!,

Ordered my Nikon camera online on the thursday for store pickup before 5pm on the Saturday, had confirmation email Saturday morning saying its on it's way. Didn't have anymore contact from them, so went to the store anyway at 6pm to be told its not there and not sure when it'll be there. They couldn't give me one from the shop even though they had one there and couldn't refund me the money because apparently it is processed through this other company. What a load of £&@! Should have just gone to the shop and got one there and then, never going to use the useless delivery service again. Still waiting for my camera. Shame I had to give any star rating at all.
