Terrible encounter with customer service and also terrible attitude when escaled to the Hut Group customer service too. Completely non existent manners or common sense, I sent a message to specify flavours I wanted as the website was experiencing difficulties, as confirmed by a MP rep on a forum when he tried it. I placed the order anyway in an evening and sent a message specifying what flavours I wanted. Simple enough? Wrong! Received a message 5 DAYS later stating that I couldnt amend and order. AMEND an order? The message looked automated cut and paste unfortunately so I replied and repeated myself and got a similar message. They just do not seem to have any intelligence or manners. You cannot phone them because they are on a premium rate revenie number and they keep you holding for aprox 15-20 minutes. Email gets a response of 5 days or a week if at all, so its far too long. Cancelled the order and I now buy from The Protein Works.
