I'm delighted with the range and quality of items (gonna have to resole one pair of boots but still for the price, I don't mind), delivery is a little steep but my main problem is the website. The new arrivals section shows items as out of stock when they're not, and when items are put in the basket, they are not reserved so I have had high demand items swiped from me before I can check out. This isn't the case on any other website. I think more stock should be available so it doesn't sell out 15 minutes after going live, and items should be reserved for maybe 5 minutes to allow customers to have a chance to check out.
