I was completely dissatisfied with Beau-coup's product and customer service. I ordered the claret napkins for my burgundy wedding. The bridesmaid dresses that I am using are claret as well. So, assumably I ordered the claret napkins without hesitation. They look as if they match the dresses perfectly when put up to the online screen color. Upon receiving my red napkins, you can only imagine my dismay. I called and was greeted half heartily and told that they would not except returns on personalized items, even if they are completely wrong. Apparently, beau-coup feels that it it is perfectly fine to wrongly advertise a product as claret when people depend on it matching every other claret color out there. But, in order to right their inconceivable wrong, they offered to give me 15% off my next order with them as if they thought I would actually order again from this company! Not only did the woman on the phone talk to me with a degrading tone, as if I have nothing better to do with my time then argue with a woman about napkin colors, but she was rude and unaccommodating. A wedding is an important milestone in a woman's life. I don't want to complain or be picky, but little things like that matter. I would rather throw these napkins away than use them in my wedding.
